Dealers in fine antiques & collectibles ...over 100 Dealers in furniture, fine porcelain, glass, jewellery and quirky items. English Forum Patrons. There will be plenty to remind you of home and some gems to carry away.

This year a new Antiques and collectibles Fair takes stage in Dübendorf Zurich from the 2 December to 4th December 2016

The owners who run this fair have the know how and have placed quality above all else and have hand selected over 100 dealers who will offer their wares to the discerning public. They also run a number of other very sucessful fairs thoughout the year and this one promises to be a corker.

There are dealers in fine porcelain, furniture, glass, jewellery and collectibles, chandeliers and fine carpets. There will be no so-called second hand clothing and flea market items but rather selected clean and desirable collectibles. Art will feature as well as collectors books etc. Designer items will be found amoungst the 100 dealers and there are bound to be bargains to be found so be sure to visit on the opening day.

The venue is the Air Force Centre in Dubendorf  shown in link at bottom of page.

Openinig times : Daily 10am - 18.00

Plenty of parking available and a Restaurant with Restrooms. Heated and comfortable shopping area. A visit to the museum could also be an option for the airplane fanatics, is a must.

The reason why i like these fairs is that one is able to find great bargains as i did last year ( a fair run by the same owners )and was very surprised that so much was on offer and there is scope to make a deal with the stand owners as most are open to a reasonable offer.

We will be there with some of the best we have sourced over the last year. Ceramics ranging from 1600 to present day as well as a wonderful Gillows writing desk. A large crystal chandelier from the Palace Hotel London, Meissen, Venini/Carlo Scarpa/Seguso and other fine Murano pieces. A rather popular collection of Bitossi Italy from the 60/70s. Fine English silver from 1740 to present day as well as Autria/German/France.

A number of selected Chinese pieces of porcelain. Blue & white and colored pieces plates, teapots, vases and other. A Super silver bowl, marked Hong Kong early 20thc, decorated with dragons forming the feet of the bowl. A few interesting early Indian pieces of silver, brass and bronze.

A fair number of early bronzes and a collection of Islamic pieces.

So if that tickles your fantasy then its just a small tease as to what can be found overall in this fair from over 100 dealers. We will offer, to the first five customers who respond to this blog, 2 free entrance tickets. Simply send us an email and we will confirm your FREE entrance tickets.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
